Tea Event Planning HOSF 9395

On Campus

Our Tea Event Planning course looks at the pairing of food and tea in the context of a menu, a product selection list, or an event as well as how to guide your clients through the sensory experience of a tea tasting. For menus, examine the potential of tea in both savoury and sweet foods as well as an ingredient for mixology. For product selection lists, learn how to assess a restaurant or cafe’s needs for streamlined tea service where volume is key. For events, investigate what is needed to plan a tea event (large or small). Also explore the different styles of tea presentation (including afternoon tea) and how they could be implemented in an establishment or as an event. Working as a team, practice creating and planning all aspects of a small and unique tea event with invited guests.
