Our Coffee Service Training course reviews coffee-making techniques and equipment, including their adaptation to commercial establishments. Practice making drip coffee, espresso, espresso-based beverages and cold coffee beverages. Learn how to construct a menu of coffee-based beverages, and practice advising customers on matters relating to coffee service.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9551 Coffee Specialist (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
