AgriTech Program

Our AgriTech Program is designed for those who want to build a deep, applied knowledge of agricultural technology, food systems science, and sustainable farming practices by looking at everything from foundational indoor growing systems through to digital agriculture, novel food technology, and regenerative sustainability. This agricultural technology program examines innovations in food technology, alternative proteins, and sustainable production methods while developing an understanding of the environmental, social, and economic factors shaping the future of agriculture. Explore how emerging technologies (such as artificial intelligence, automation, precision agriculture, and data analytics) are transforming modern food systems. Through a systems-based approach, gain practical insights into regenerative agriculture, food security, and resilient community food systems. Become well-positioned to understand, evaluate, and contribute to innovation across the rapidly evolving AgriTech sector. This program is intended for professionals in agriculture, horticulture, food processing, or environmental sectors who are seeking deeper technical and strategic knowledge as well as community food advocates, urban farmers, and food security practitioners. It might also be of interest to educators/trainers building credentials to support AgriTech and food systems curriculum; entrepreneurs and small-business owners developing food, farming, or AgriTech ventures; municipal staff, planners, and policy professionals working at the intersection of sustainability and food systems; career changers exploring opportunities in AgriTech, indoor farming, or food system innovation; and lifelong learners committed to understanding how agriculture is changing and what role they can play.
