Agriculture 4.0: The Digital Revolution AGRI 9001
Our Agriculture 4.0: The Digital Revolution course equips you with the knowledge you need to understand, discuss, and evaluate the technologies reshaping how food is grown, distributed, and consumed. The fourth agricultural revolution will be driven by automation, artificial intelligence, precision sensors, robotics, big data, and connected supply chains. Explore everything from the historical context through to cutting-edge applications: drone surveillance, AI crop diagnostics, autonomous equipment, blockchain traceability, and the future of farm labour. This agricultural technology course combines technical literacy with critical analysis to help give you the skills you need to be able to evaluate trade-offs across the core pillars of sustainability (the economic, environmental, and equity dimensions).
This course has been designed and developed by George Brown Polytechnic Continuing Education in partnership with STEM Minds and Boreal Farms.
