    Whether you aspire to be a chef, cookbook writer, recipe developer, food blogger or on-camera personality, our Recipe Development course teaches you the skills you need both to develop successful recipes and to write them in a clear and compelling way so that they are easy to follow and reproduce by anyone. Practice developing, writing, editing, testing and re-testing your own recipes in a professional kitchen with the guidance of a recipe expert.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts I course or an approved equivalent.
