This cooking course focuses on wholesome foods and cooking techniques that promote a healthy lifestyle. Learn to use simple, uncomplicated ingredients to make nutritious, clean recipes, including persimmon smoothies, buckwheat noodle bowls, tea smoked trout, cauliflower couscous, carnitas-style chicken tacos, collard greens with squash and spicy pepitas and more.
