Complex Beer Pairings HOSF 9447

On Campus

Our Complex Beer Pairings course explores the successes and failures that can be achieved when you pair beer with food. This beer course considers the different ingredients, textures and temperatures that can be paired with beer to elevate both the beer and the food being served. Take part in culinary and pastry demonstrations to learn about how flavour is built into dishes. Structured tastings designed to showcase the components of a great pairing give you the opportunity to enjoy a curated list of beers with the food that has been prepared.
