Our Welding 2 Theory course uses the CWB Group's Learning Resources framework to provide theoretical learning opportunities that build on the welding knowledge you gained in our Welding 1 Theory course. Learn about basic joint design, oxy-fuel cutting and welding, and applied trade mathematics as you expand your basic shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and basic gas metal arc welding (GMAW) knowledge. Explore welding health and safety.

Course Essentials:
You must have email, regular access to the Internet, a webcam, and a microphone. You will receive access to the CWB Group's Learning Resources content, quizzes, and resources. The CWB virtual textbook that you received as part of WELD 9046 Welding 1 Theory (Online) can also be used for this course.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our WELD 9046 Welding 1 Theory (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
