Fresh pasta dishes (a foundation of Italian cooking) often appear simplistic but, in reality, require skill to perfect. Our Pasta 1 course teaches you to make your own pasta dough and gives you the opportunity to practice making a variety of shapes as well as sauces to accompany the pasta. This cooking course explores a range of classic and specialty pasta recipes, including papparadelle, bolognese, carbonara, agnolotti, rotolo, pizzoccheri, ricotta gnocchi and more.
