Our Negotiation course provides you with insight into your own negotiation style and teaches you how to become a more effective negotiator. Gain insight into the difference between negotiation and mediation at work and negotiation and mediation in everyday life. Learn about a number of traps that even experienced negotiators fall into, and study the theories and strategies used to overcome these traps in order to maximize your success. This business course takes a practical and interactive approach by using case studies and negotiation simulation exercises to illustrate key concepts.
