Our IT Operations Management Transformation course examines the management of operational risk and information security. Learn about the traditional, agile and hybrid styles of information technology (IT) operations management and how they co-exist. Study the emerging DevOps methodology that aims to accelerate the implementation process of new IT services and solutions as well as industry best practice (ITIL 4). Finally, examine how IT operations and services can be evolved to support a company’s digital transformation journey, and consider the challenges of transitioning new services to operations and the measures that ensure service quality.

Recommendations

You will have the most success in this course if you already have a basic knowledge of the role and functions of an IT department within an enterprise and a minimum of two years of IT-related work experience before you start this course, but technical IT experience is not required.
