Our IT Project Communications Management course explores a key responsibility of the project manager, which is to communicate and manage stakeholders’ expectations throughout the life cycle of the project. Effective communication is needed to ensure continued stakeholder support and to ensure that stakeholder needs are met. Learn how to create and implement communications management plans, identify your audience, provide the right information to various stakeholders at the right time, and effectively communicate with an audience using different channels/media. This communications management course explores communications management best practices for both traditional projects and agile projects and builds on the best practices for integration management as described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide.
