Our Inclusive Leadership course focuses on the traits and values that build an inclusive leader. Learn about privilege, stereotypes, and unconscious bias as well as the intersection of our values within our workplaces. Work on building your self-awareness in order to make you a stronger leader of change within your organization.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our BUS 9192 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Fundamentals (Online) course. If you have not met this requirement by the first class, you will be withdrawn from the course.
