Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Program
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Program recognizes that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are imperative for organizations that want to succeed in today’s global market. This DEI program is designed to provide you with practical and strategic information on how to create, enhance, and benefit from a DEI plan so you can improve your organization’s business strategy and workplace culture, regardless of your role.
This is the last academic year the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Program will be offered in its current format. If you are currently pursuing this program or interested in starting and completing it, note that each of the four required courses will be offered one last time between now and April 2026: BUS 9192 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Fundamentals and BUS 9193 Inclusive Leadership in Fall 2025, and BUS 9194 Human Rights in the Workplace and BUS 9195 Inclusive Organizational Change in Winter 2026.
