Our Incident Management: Systems, Operations, and Leadership course teaches you the common terminology, principles, and features of an incident management system (IMS). Analyze the leadership and crisis communication skills exhibited within an event. Learn how to organize an IMS (also known as an incident command system), establish/transfer command, and terminate an incident.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our EMRG 9000 BEM: Basic Emergency Management (Online) course or our EMRG 9125 Emergency Management: Concepts and Principles (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
