Our Human Relations for Property Managers course was developed because property managers are responsible for many issues unrelated to properties. One of their major responsibilities is human relations: they are expected to manage people (not only their immediate staff but also contractors, other professionals, their residents and more) and interact with senior management. Develop the interpersonal skills you need to supervise staff, motivate others and implement strategic planning and change management initiatives. Learn how to use analytical skills and problem-solving techniques in everyday interactions, how to deal with conflict situations and how to implement leadership best practices.
