Our Event Law and Liability course examines the legal requirements and issues of liability in the event and meeting industry, including the basics of contract and tort law, various kinds of legislation, licensing and contracts applicable to the industry, liability and insurance, security concerns, and emergency plans.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOST 9061 Event Program Design 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
