DEI and Disability Inclusion BUS 9203

Online

Our DEI and Disability Inclusion course is focused on disability inclusion in the workplace, which is more than simply hiring people with disabilities. A disability-inclusive workplace values employees with a disability for their differences and their strengths. It offers employees with disabilities – visible or invisible, disclosed or undisclosed – an equal opportunity for employment, for success in the workplace, to grow and learn, to be fairly compensated, and to advance in their career. Learn how to apply disability inclusion to the talent acquisition cycle, and study the considerations involved in accommodating disabilities.
