Our Community and Customer Engagement course teaches you best practices for engaging online with customers/supporters and shows you how to grow and protect your brand through social media. Learn about e-commerce, customer service, public relations, networking, inbound content marketing, influencer engagement, and social media advertising as well as measurement and analytics. Get the tools and strategies you need to grow your own business or embark on a career as a social media manager or community manager. Come away from the course with a portfolio piece you can use for job interviews and personal branding.


You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our MARK 9057 Social Media Marketing (Online) course before you start this course.
