Our Business Intelligence Fundamentals course provides aspiring data professionals with a basic knowledge of business intelligence (BI), which is the process of collecting, storing, and analyzing data from business operations. BI provides comprehensive business metrics – such as key performance indicators (KPI) – in near real-time to support business decision making. Learn how to plan and design simple BI solutions through practical examples and case studies. Also study the key components of an effective BI solution program, and consider the benefits of a properly established and mature deployment of a BI platform.
