Agile Project Management MGMT 9057
Our Agile Project Management course explores agile methodologies and how you can apply them to ensure greater success in your day-to-day project management work. This agile course covers several different methodologies but focuses on Scrum. Through a range of activities, in-class discussions, and lectures, learn about the differences between agile project management and traditional project management techniques, the changing role of the project manager when using agile, and the various project management tools and techniques used when working with agile methodologies.
Recommendations
You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our MGMT 9001 Project Management Fundamentals (Online) course before you start this course.
