Sheri Phillips

Sheri Phillips is the founder of Philhaven Consulting, where she is a strategic consultant and instructor. She also facilitates lean six sigma, project management, and change management training programs for George Brown College, McGill University, and Abacus Team. She has extensive experience in both the private sector and the public sector across a number of industries (including pharmaceutical, financial, retail, and IT). Prior to launching Philhaven Consulting, Sheri worked with Sanofi Pasteur, Teva Canada, and EDS Canada Inc. Sheri earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and holds the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designations.
