Italian Cooking (Southern Italy) HOSF 9180 Email to a Friend Our Italian Cooking (Southern Italy) course gives you the opportunity to practice the cooking techniques developed in the southern regions of Italy (including Naples, Calabria and Sicily). Learn to prepare distinctive dishes – eggplant parmesan, cannelloni, rabbit with olives and tomato, spaghetti alla puttanesca and more – that highlight the best ingredients from those regions. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
