• Italian Cooking (Northern Italy) HOSF 9179

    Our Italian Cooking (Northern Italy) course explores the distinctive ingredients that define Northern Italian food as you learn to create dishes that reflect that region’s cultural history. Focus on classic dishes from Milan, Venice and Florence such as osso bucco, risotto, gnocchi, polenta, ravioli, stuffed calamari, tiramisu and more.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts I course or an approved equivalent.
