Our Food Styling course explores the skill involved in presenting food for both traditional and new media, which is indispensable in the modern food workplace. Develop a critical knowledge of the industry, workflow, and fundamental techniques.

Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course or our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. You must have also completed our PHOT 9037 Digital Photography 1: Fundamentals course. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
Additional Information
Course Essentials:
You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
