Our Traditional Festive Sweets course helps you create a bounty of celebratory baked goods to share with your friends and family. This intensive workshop teaches you to make such time-honoured holiday treats as mincemeat pie, fruitcake and a variety of holiday cookies.
You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
Hours and Fees
Allow for enough time to be screened at St. James Campus, 290 Adelaide St. E., Building C (SJC) before heading to your classroom each week. Keep in mind that classes are not operating by restaurant rules; you will not be able to taste food and must wear the provided face shield or eye goggles throughout the class.
