Small Buildings 2012: Virtual Classroom BLDG 9233

Exam Preparation

Our Small Buildings 2012 course is an overview/refresher course for experienced practitioners. This building code course helps you review and become more familiar with the parts of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) dealing with small buildings. The curriculum is based on the Small Buildings Syllabus (2012) and focuses on Division B Parts 3, 9, and 12 of the OBC and on Supplementary Standards SB-2, SB-3, and SB-7.

This course can help you prepare to write the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) Small Buildings exam (not included). The MMAH exam is administered by Humber College. For more information, visit the Ontario Building Code Examinations website.
