Sexual Violence PSY 9023
OntarioLearn description: Sexual violence is an ugly reality and a societal concern. This course will examine the many forms of sexual violence perpetrated by individuals. Students will study violence in the context of male toward female, female toward male, as well as incest and child abuse in families. Reasons for sexually deviant behaviours (why individuals do what they do) and the latest approaches and strategies for treating both victims and perpetrators will be examined.
