Our Payroll Compliance Legislation course introduces the payroll compliance responsibilities that affect most organizations and make it possible to communicate effectively to all stakeholders. Explore payroll-related legislation using case-specific scenarios.

This course is equivalent to the Payroll Compliance Legislation course offered by the National Payroll Institute (hereafter referred as "the Institute") – formerly the Canadian Payroll Association – as part of the Institute's Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.

Course Policies:

In order for this course to be accepted by the Institute towards the PCP designation, you must register in and pay for this course at George Brown College and register with and pay a separate course fee to the Institute, and you must achieve a passing grade of C (65%). You must register with the Institute – by emailing certification@payroll.ca – and pay the applicable fees no later than 10 business days before the course start date in order to ensure the timely delivery of printed course materials and access to online materials. The Institute will ship the printed course materials to your preferred mailing address and email an access code for the online materials to your preferred email address.
