The skills offered by the business analyst are paramount to the success of any software development initiative. Requirements, analysis and design deliverables enable technology teams to develop solutions that address business needs, problems and opportunities. Our Information Systems Business Analysis Program provides you with the knowledge, skills and tools you need to elicit, document, deliver and manage requirements throughout the technology delivery life cycle. Learn from industry experts who bring real-world business analysis into your classroom through hands-on learning. This information systems program is recognized by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) as part of its Academic Program.
You will have the most success in this program if you already have a minimum of two years of related work experience in an IT-related field and/or work exposure/experience in projects before you start this program.
Once you have completed all the requirements of this program, you can request to receive a certificate of completion. Program graduates may wish to pursue the IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA).
