Human Resources Planning HRM 2029
Our Human Resources Planning course examines the human resources (HR) planning activities that are necessary to satisfy the needs of changing organizations. Using both theory and application, this HR course focuses on how to align HR functions, policies, and practices with an organization's corporate and business strategies. The course also introduces you to various forecasting techniques (such as quantitative and qualitative forecasting) that equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to be able to calculate the number of employees needed (given an organization's strategy). It also requires you to take part in a group assignment (research paper).
