Global Tourism Geography HOST 1176

Online

Our Global Tourism Geography course approaches geography from a travel-industry perspective and provides you with knowledge about the main local and global tourism destinations and their characteristics. This tourism course uses a sales–geography philosophy, which is supported by a background on destinations, weather patterns, transportation modes, main attractions/activities, and lodging options as well as the cultural patterns and behaviour that influence potential travel and visiting tourists. Practice creating tourism itineraries that integrate destination-specific characteristics and a sales approach to travel.
