Our Finance and Management Accounting for HR Professionals course teaches you how to create financial statements and examines how costs are classified, budgets are created, and reports are generated. Learn how to analyze external financial information to evaluate organizational performance and make effective management decisions. This accounting course uses key accounting concepts while differentiating between financial and managerial accounting. It also explores the relationship and communication between the human resources (HR) department and the finance/accounting department.
