Our Essential Skills for Student Service course explores the competencies and essential skills student service professionals use to support post-secondary students. Explore service standards, active listening, student assessment, giving/receiving feedback, effective verbal and written communication, and advising and referral skills.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our TETR 9072 Student Advising Process (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
