Our Drinks Ontario Beverage Alcohol Fundamentals course is a specialized course intended to help you prepare for the dynamic beverage alcohol industry in Ontario. Build a comprehensive understanding of both the industry and the products (including spirits, wine, beer, ready-to-drink alcohol products, and cider). Develop your awareness of the intricacies of beverage alcohol as you acquire the knowledge and techniques you need to excel in various environments, including sales, restaurants, and grocery/convenience retail settings.

This course is offered by George Brown College Continuing Education in co-operation with Drinks Ontario.
