This DEI course reviews the methodologies used in the recruitment and selection processes and addresses the overall business case for why diversity and inclusion matter. Learn how to create specific employee-value proposition statements (focusing on why diverse talent would want to work for your organization) and how to concentrate on self identification within the interview phases.
