DEI and Indigenous Inclusion BUS 9204
Our DEI and Indigenous Inclusion course helps you build a better understanding of the Indigenous lived experience and how to successfully build a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy that attracts and retains talent. In addition to giving you insight into the historical and present experiences of Indigenous Peoples in Canada, this DEI course reviews the methodologies used in the recruitment and selection processes and addresses the overall business case for why diversity and inclusion matter. Learn how to create specific employee-value proposition statements (focusing on why diverse talent would want to work for your organization) and how to concentrate on self-identification within the interview phases.
