CWB Welding Certification Exam: 2 Positions EX 9007

On Campus

Our CWB Welding Certification Exam: 2 Positions course was developed because certified welders in Canada are required to be retested every two years by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB). This welding course is intended for those who are seeking a CWB structural welding ticket in the flat and horizontal positions for one of the following processes: shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) or gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW).

Course Essentials:

You must have and wear your own CSA-approved safety footwear and protective eyewear while in shop areas.

Exam Policies:

Exam materials are special ordered, so you must register at least 20 days prior to the scheduled exam date to ensure your exam materials arrive in time. At the exam, you must present a valid government-issued photo identification and a receipt of payment. If you need to withdraw or transfer to another section, you must do so a minimum of 10 business days prior to the original exam date or you will forfeit the exam fee. There are no refunds for unwritten exams.

You must have passed the flat position (offered at George Brown through EX 9006 CWB Welding Certification Exam: 1 Position).
