Our Construction Estimating 4 course uses a case study format to teach you how to apply unit prices to quantities in order to estimate for construction work. Learn how to price work (both your own force's and a subcontractor's), manage general expenses and close the bid.

This course has been recognized as Gold Seal accredited training by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and as a CIQS credit course by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS).

Course Delivery Method:

This is an online course delivered via Blackboard Learn. Final exams for all Estimating and Quantity Surveying online courses and some construction online courses are held on the same date in each term. If you are planning to register for more than one course in the same term, email cetech_construct@georgebrown.ca before you register. The final exam for this course will be held online through Blackboard while the college is closed.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our BLDG 9091 Construction Estimating 3 course or our BLDG 9097 Construction Estimating 3 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
