Comprehensive Makeup Artist Program
Our Comprehensive Makeup Artist Program teaches you everything you must know to become a professional makeup artist in the beauty, fashion, film, and television industries. With this program's extended curriculum and the guidance of industry professionals, develop the skills you need to work in all areas of the makeup industry, including special effects. Learn to achieve a vast range of makeup looks (daytime, evening, glamour, bridal, runway, editorial, and more) using advanced application methods, including airbrush. Practice the advanced techniques involved in the creation and application of prosthetic makeup for photography, stage, film, and television. Additionally, enhance your studies by learning to create hairstyles for a variety of occasions. Finally, learn how to create a professional resumé and prepare for a formal interview. This expanded makeup program gives you the knowledge and techniques you need to be able to work at the highest level of professionalism.

Prerequisites
You must have completed Grade 12 English. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Program Costs:
The total tuition for the seven courses is $6,635.64. The total cost of supplies (including the professional makeup kit, the professional hairstyling kit, and the professional film and television makeup kit) is $4,774.25. Total program cost: $11,409.89
Program Essentials:
This program requires you to work on other students and to let other students work on you in order to gain the skills you need to work on models. You will also be required to bring your own model on occasion and for practical exams. The courses in this program have a mandatory dress code and require you to purchase our professional makeup kit, our professional hairstyling kit, and our professional film and television makeup kit from the Makeup and Esthetics Student Store.
