• Vegetarian Culinary Arts 2 HOSF 9430

    Our Vegetarian Culinary Arts 2 course explores the vibrant flavours and menus of the Middle East, the Caribbean, South America and the Mediterranean as well as a number of European classics. Each week, learn a variety of new techniques and skills to create a full menu. Practice a variety of recipes as you prepare your own dishes.

    Equipment Requirements:

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or an approved equivalent.
