Tugsel Akyol

Tugsel Akyol has a Master of Business Administration degree in human resources management from Yeditepe University (Turkey), a Bachelor of Science degree in food service and hospitality management from Southeast Missouri State University, and an associate degree in tourism and hotel services from Bilkent University (Turkey). Tugsel began his career as a training manager with both InterContinental Hotels and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. He later worked as a training consultant for Ernst & Young and then as Vice-president of Talent and Leadership Development for Citigroup Inc. His focus was on talent and learning strategy, learning and development metrics, and performance/talent management strategy. He now works as an entrepreneur with his own training consulting company, providing support to globally recognized companies.
