Biography:

Tania Perlin is a lawyer practicing in the areas of real estate, wills/estates, contracts, and business law. She is also a certified mediator and an advocate for justice and mental health. With the goal of minimizing stress and reducing financial strain on both the litigants and the justice system, Tania has endeavoured for her whole career to help parties negotiate settlements. Tania is also an avid freelance writer and a part-time professor. She has taught a variety of courses – in topics like business law, debtor/creditor law, negotiations, and legal entities – and is the recipient of the 2003 Instructor of the Year Award from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University).
