Francesca Filice

Francesca Filice has worked in the property management sector since 2010 and is currently a property manager with Victoria Park Community Homes. She is also a volunteer board director for the Institute of Housing Management (IHM), which involves chairing the Communications Committee and the timely distribution of their quarterly newsletter and other important communications. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, a diploma in police foundations, the IHM Certificate in Property Management, and a certificate in project management. Additionally, she has completed courses/programs related to the rent-geared-to-income subsidy; the Residential Tenancies Act; the Occupational Health and Safety Act; the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act; the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and conflict resolution. Francesca currently maintains a licence in structural pest extermination.
