Our Process Automation Fundamentals course immerses you in process automation solutions while focusing on strategic analysis, the application of business analysis techniques, and the approaches to define as-is versus to-be states. Learn the techniques and methodologies used to support the implementation of software automation solutions. Practice applying the appropriate techniques and models through authentic, case-based learning experiences, and gain the knowledge and expertise you need to plan, elicit, analyze, communicate, validate, and manage requirements to support software automation implementation.
