Our Recipe Development course is perfect for those who aspire to be a chef, cookbook writer, recipe developer, food blogger, or on-camera personality. Learn the skills you need to both develop successful recipes and write them in a clear and compelling way so that they are easy to follow and reproduce by anyone. Practice developing, writing, editing, testing and re-testing your own recipes in a professional kitchen with the guidance of a recipe expert.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
