Our Welding 2 course uses the CWB Group's Learning Resources framework to provide a combination of theoretical and practical learning opportunities that build on the welding skills you learned in our Welding 1 course. Expand your basic shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and basic gas metal arc welding (GMAW) knowledge – to include the construction and operation of welding and auxiliary equipment – and your understanding of welding health and safety. Explore basic joint design, oxy-fuel cutting and welding, and applied trade mathematics.
