Our Ontario Wines course helps you enhance your wine knowledge as you journey through Ontario's vibrant wine landscape, uncovering the stories behind the bottle and the passionate individuals who craft them. Deepen your appreciation for the remarkable wines of Ontario as you explore the diverse styles and varietals that define Ontario's distinct wine regions, including Prince Edward County, Lake Erie North Shore, and the Niagara Peninsula. Discover the wines that showcase the province's unique terroir and winemaking techniques as you develop a greater understanding of regional characteristics and learn to recognize the nuances that distinguish each area's offerings.

Prerequisites

You must be at least 19 years of age and you must have completed our HOST 9008 Wines 1 course or our HOST 9172 Wines 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
