Nursing Informatics – NTI NURS 1129
Our Nursing Informatics – NTI course helps you develop the College of Nurses of Ontario's entry-to-practice competencies for registered nurses as they relate to information and communication technologies (ICTs), thereby strengthening your competence in nursing informatics. Examine the application of ICTs in professional nursing practice, including at points of care, in nursing administration, in nursing education, in research, and within interdisciplinary settings. Learn to apply the professional judgment and accountability used by nurses to maintain public trust when using social media and ICTs. Also analyze the implications of technology on the quality and safety of client care.
Note(s)
This course replaces our now discontinued Introduction to Electronic Documentation and Nursing Informatics course.
