Our Mechanical Estimating 1 course teaches you the principles and methods used in mechanical measurement and pricing for simple and conventional residential and industrial/commercial buildings. Focus on measurement accuracy in a logical sequence and neatly compiled schedules ready for pricing. Examine site works, building drainage, domestic water, plumbing fixtures, heating and ventilation.
This course has been recognized as Gold Seal accredited training by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and as a CIQS credit course by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS).
