Our Chocolate Showpieces course builds on your fundamental chocolate skills and techniques while helping you develop the knowledge and abilities required to create striking chocolate showpieces. Learn to design and create decorative chocolate presentations that are both structurally sound and eye-catching.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

You must have completed the other compulsory requirements in our Professional Chocolatier Program.
